I am experienced
Compliance & ESG Manager and conference speaker. Compliance officer with
more than 18 years’ experience in a regulated and non-regulated markets both
regional and global. I graduated law at Lodz University and did postgraduate
studies on compliance at Kozminsky University, Warsaw and “ESG/CSR. Aims
of balanced development in company strategy (SDG).” at Kozminsky
University, Warsaw. Approved Compliance Officer awarded a title Complince
Officer of the year 2022 in Poland.
I advise
companies on implementing and processing compliance and anti-corruption
systems, managing irregularities risk and on areas connected with ethics and
corporate social responsibility and ESG.
I give lectures on compliance,
ethics and counteracting fraud.
Additionally,
I have several years’ experience in outsourcing risk management and evaluating
franchising programs. He is a member of the Coalition of Company
Spokesmen on Ethics and of the Ethical Management Standards Programme Working
Group at United Nations Global Compact Poland. I am also a member of a practice group related
to ethics and corporate social responsibility standards. Since 2013 I have
been running this Blog on
compliance.
